Synopsis

19-year-old Muslim woman Cahaya arrives in Jakarta. She is in search of her father who she hasn't seen since she was four. Instead, she finds a transvestite prostitute named Ipuy playing her trade on the streets. Ipuy is horrified to see the daughter who she left behind. The two are then compelled to make compromises in order to reconnect with each other.
